Damage or Defects

Contact CENTROPIX within 24 hours of delivery for missing items, transit damage, or defects. If damaged upon delivery, reject the package with the carrier and call 941-253-3900 for replacement.

30-Day Return Policy

KLOUD products may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for full refund minus 10% restocking fee. Product must be in the original box, complete with all components, in resalable and undamaged condition.

Return Process:

  1. Email RMA@centropix.us to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label
  2. Pack product in original manufacturer's box exactly as delivered
  3. Ship using CENTROPIX-provided RMA label only

CENTROPIX does not accept returns without RMA labels or collect packages.
